A little about me. . .
I am an Austin native. I graduated from Travis High School and The University of Texas at Austin. While at U.T., I majored in Economics and obtained my Texas Teaching Certificate. I am beginning my 31st year of teaching at Bowie. In my years at Bowie I have taught a variety of courses including, Government, World Geography, Street Law, Economics, and Mock Trial.
When I'm not at Bowie I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband and I have one son who will be a 10th grader at Bowie. We are the proud pet parents of two dogs and a bird. I also enjoy reading, sewing and knitting.
